Book Fair Thurs/Fri Nov 3rd & 4th
MSP’s book fair “Out of this World Adventures” blasts off this Thursday and Friday November 1st and 2nd. The book fair will be open each day from 9:30 am – 1:30 pm, held in Rooms B 110 -111 near the Fellowship Hall.
Scholastic books will be sold for Preschool – 3rd grade reading levels. Profits benefit the MSP scholarship fund. You may also shop online with free shipping to MSP, and we will deliver to your child’s backpack. The online sale runs Oct 29th – Nov. 11th. Thanksgiving Feast Thurs/Fri Nov 17/18
Culminating their Discovery Time lessons about early encounters between the first settlers and Native Americans of the Wampanoag tribe, students will come together dressed as Pilgrims or Native Americans to recreate the first Thanksgiving. The whole school will be celebrating with a feast together. Parents please watch for a sign-up sheet to bring an item for the feast. Turkey is provided by MSP and parents help serve for the feast.
Thanksgiving Feast’s parent volunteer chairperson is Mary Berger.
Parent Prayer for MSP
A prayer time for our school, teachers, and families is held the first Wed. of each month at 9:30 am. Meetings are in the 2nd floor library/conference room, and led by parent chairperson Axel Burgos.
